Shipping

Dottir ships all packages via USPS or UPS and we offer two types of shipping: standard and expedited. We charge a flat rate of $5 for standard shipping and $11.95 for expedited.

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

When the shipment has been picked up by the carrier, you will be emailed a tracking number you can use to follow your package's progress. Dottir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.

Local Pickup

If you live in the Richmond, VA area and would like to pick up your order for free, select "Pick Up" instead of "Ship" at checkout. Most orders will be packed up within 24 hours and you will receive an email with our address when it's ready. Orders will be outside the front door of our HQ in Bon Air between the hours of 8am and 8pm. If you can't come get your order within 3 business days, please email hello@dottir.shop and let us know.
