Returns & Exchanges
DOTTIR RETURN POLICY
Returns/exchanges are accepted (on unworn clothes with the tags intact) as long as they're initiated within 14 days of receiving your order (according to your tracking information). Please mail back your returns within a week of receiving your return authorization.
If you chose to receive a prepaid shipping label on the return request form, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Gift cards, hair accessories, bodysuits, earrings and items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Purchases made during some site-wide sales may only be eligible for store credit or exchange.

After receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) for any sign of wear or use, and issue any refunds to the form of payment used on the order being returned. If an item is not found to be in returnable condition, we will reach out to you with your options. All returns are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Any shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable. You will receive an email confirmation after your return has been processed.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the desired item immediately since we only carry small quantities of each item. You can then return the item you don't want to keep by filling out our return request form here. If you are local to Richmond, you can easily exchange something for a different size/color using our local pickup option. Email email@example.com to initiate a local pickup exchange.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
