Returns & Exchanges

DOTTIR RETURN POLICY

Returns/exchanges are accepted (on unworn clothes with the tags intact) as long as they're initiated within 14 days of receiving your order (according to your tracking information). Simply email hello@dottir.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish you return or exchange. We will reply with a packing slip for you to include in your return package. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Gift cards, hair accessories, earrings and sale items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  Purchases made during some sitewide sales may only be eligible for store credit or exchange. 

RETURNS

Once you've received your emailed packing slip, repackage and mail the item(s) to:

After receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) for any sign of wear or use, and issue any refunds to the form of payment used on the order being returned. If an item is not found to be in returnable condition, we will reach out to you with your options. All returns are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving them. Any shipping charges on your original order are non-refundable. You will receive an email confirmation after your return has been processed.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the desired item immediately since we only carry small quantities of each item. You can then return the item you don't want to keep by emailing hello@dottir.shop to initiate the return process. 

DAMAGES/ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
