We're making a commitment to clean up after ourselves.

It's a fact: e-commerce deliveries have a carbon footprint. To offset that, we've decided to join other participating businesses in supporting cutting-edge companies that remove carbon from the atmosphere. We're so excited to offer carbon-neutral shipping as an option on all orders. 

Here's how it works: a formula is used to calculate the estimated shipping emissions for each order. All you have to do to participate is select "support for groundbreaking carbon removal technologies" in your shopping cart and a small amount (typically 25 cents) will be added to your order.  Dottir will also contribute toward the carbon offsetting cost for each order.  

The revenue goes straight to carbon removal companies that have been vetted by scientists from Carbon Direct to be used to remove however much carbon your shipment created. Any extra funds go toward the further development of carbon removal technologies.
